These Terms & Conditions govern your use of shuvowin and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
Important: By accessing, registering on, or using any part of shuvowin — including browsing the platform, placing a bet, depositing funds, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the shuvowin online gaming platform ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The Terms apply regardless of how you access the Platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — and govern all activities conducted through your registered shuvowin account.
shuvowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. These Terms must be read in conjunction with the shuvowin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the content of promotional materials or bonus offers, these Terms shall prevail.

Binding Agreement

Terms Prevail

Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of shuvowin is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have reached the minimum age of 18 years at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible throughout your use of the Platform.
shuvowin conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered accounts. As part of this process, you may be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document — such as your National Identity Card (NID) or passport — to verify your age and identity. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use shuvowin:
- You are registering as an individual in your own name, not on behalf of another person.
- You have not previously been excluded from shuvowin or any related platform.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- You are acting in your own personal capacity and are not a professional gambler, agent, or representative of any third party.
- You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgement at the time of play.
shuvowin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Any account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all associated funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
18+ Strict Age Enforcement. shuvowin applies a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. All accounts are subject to age verification before withdrawal privileges are granted. Any attempt to circumvent age verification will result in permanent account closure.
KYC Documents Accepted: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued photo identification. Documents must be clear, unedited, and show your full name, date of birth, and photograph. shuvowin reserves the right to request a selfie alongside the document for identity confirmation.
Section 3
Account Registration and Verification
Each individual may hold only one registered account on shuvowin. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and pending withdrawals cancelled.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your NID or passport, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use a false name, an alias, or another person's identity at any stage of the registration or verification process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your shuvowin account credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. shuvowin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to secure your login credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify shuvowin support immediately via live chat or by emailing support@shuvowin. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.
shuvowin reserves the right to require re-verification of your account at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals, after unusual account activity, or when required for compliance purposes. Refusal to complete re-verification may result in account restrictions.
One Account Per Person
Each player is entitled to one account only. Duplicate registrations detected via shared device, IP, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being closed.
Secure Your Credentials
Never share your shuvowin username or password with anyone. Use a unique, strong password and enable any available two-factor authentication options for maximum account security.
Section 4
Deposits and Withdrawals
shuvowin accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional local banking options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available subject to current operational status. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit may vary by payment method and account verification level.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — is strictly prohibited. shuvowin reserves the right to reverse deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is identified.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard processing times are as follows:
- bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically within 1–6 hours of approval.
- Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
- Bank transfer: 1–3 business days subject to bank processing schedules.
shuvowin does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are entirely outside shuvowin's control. Players are advised to check the fee schedule of their chosen payment method before initiating a transaction.
Funds held in your shuvowin account wallet do not accrue interest. shuvowin is not a financial institution, and your account balance is not a deposit account under any banking regulation. All funds in your wallet are held for the purpose of wagering on the Platform only.
Minimum Deposit: ৳100 | Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. All transactions must be in BDT. Currency conversion is not supported. Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method where possible.
- i Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
- ii KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
- iii shuvowin may request proof of payment (screenshot or transaction ID) for any deposit or withdrawal query.
- iv Withdrawals to payment accounts not matching the depositing account will not be processed.
- v In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, funds may be held pending investigation for up to 30 days.
Section 5
Bonus and Promotions Policy
shuvowin offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, which take effect in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer-specific terms, all bonuses awarded by shuvowin are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in each offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times using real-money bets before a withdrawal request including those funds will be approved.
The following general bonus conditions apply across all shuvowin promotions unless a specific offer explicitly states otherwise:
- A player may claim a welcome bonus only once. Duplicate accounts used to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed and all associated bonus funds forfeited.
- Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the offer, including any minimum deposit requirements.
- Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the offer unless explicitly marked as cash-equivalent.
- shuvowin reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's participation in a promotion where abuse or fraud is suspected.
- Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash directly, or used to place bets that are excluded from wagering contribution.
- Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific offer terms.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, matched betting strategies, systematic low-risk wagering patterns, or any other method that shuvowin deems abusive will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Wagering Requirements Apply
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiple is published in each offer. Withdrawal requests that include unwagered bonus funds will not be approved until the requirement is met.
Bonus Abuse Policy: shuvowin monitors betting patterns on all bonus-active accounts. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including multi-accounting, arbitrage, or coordinated wagering — will result in bonus cancellation and account closure without appeal.
Section 6
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on shuvowin and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities:
- 1 Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment credentials.
- 2 Money Laundering: Using shuvowin to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
- 3 Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live poker variants, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage through cooperative play.
- 4 Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with shuvowin games or betting markets on your behalf.
- 5 Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one shuvowin account, including accounts opened under different names, devices, or payment methods to circumvent account restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
- 6 Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for funds that have already been deposited and wagered on shuvowin without first contacting our support team to resolve the dispute.
- 7 Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors in betting odds, or any technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage. shuvowin reserves the right to void bets placed during periods of confirmed technical error.
- 8 Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to the Platform by a person under 18.
Zero Tolerance for Fraud
shuvowin employs automated fraud detection and manual account review processes. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity are suspended immediately pending investigation, regardless of current account balance or pending withdrawals.
AML Compliance
shuvowin complies with anti-money-laundering best practices. Unusually large deposits, rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles without significant wagering activity, and other indicators of potential financial crime will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Section 7
Account Suspension and Closure
shuvowin reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, where required for legal or compliance reasons, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform or other players.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address or mobile number. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any legitimate balance returned. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
Players may also request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting shuvowin support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unwagered bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC verification is complete and no active investigation is ongoing.
Players who have requested self-exclusion under the shuvowin Responsible Gaming programme should note that a self-exclusion is not the same as an account closure — it restricts access to the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period while preserving the account record. Voluntary Closure: To close your account, contact support via live chat or email support@shuvowin. Your real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the request being confirmed.
Balance on Closure: Unwagered bonus funds are not returned upon account closure, regardless of the reason for closure. Only verified real-money balances are eligible for return, subject to the completion of outstanding KYC and AML checks.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, shuvowin, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:
- Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
- Technical failures, server downtime, software bugs, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
- Decisions made by the player while using the Platform, including wagering decisions.
- Unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
- Changes to the Platform's game library, odds, or promotional offers.
shuvowin makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance windows, emergency outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government-ordered shutdowns, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
In any event, shuvowin's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
